Yale lock is similar but is a deadbolt.
You will be sent a PIN personalized for the duration of your stay. The same PIN will work for both doors if you are renting the entire house. Otherwise they are specific to each unit.
- Touch the Yale symbol on keypad
- Enter PIN
- Press Check Mark
- Auto locks after 10 minutes
- Manual lock from inside by turning knob
- Lock outside by pressing Yale symbol

We try to make our checkout process simple for you. Please let us know if there is anything damaged or excessively soiled so we can take care of it immediately. Accidents happen so please help us so we can ensure we address it before the next
guests arrive. There is a small list posted in each unit and the house rules has more info on garbage and other items.
If after checkout you think you left something behind, please let us know so we can be on the lookout for it and put it in a safe place and arrange to get it back to you. Please let us know if you would like to store items after checkout time. In most cases we can accommodate.
Please let us know when you checkout via message/text. It helps us know when we can adjust temperature settings and get laundry started. Thanks!!!
