Mitsubishi Mini Splits

Used for heating and Cooling.

The Honeywell Home Thermostat is for backup heat only.

There are 5 mini splits in 2 zones.

Great room: (Downstairs Zone)
King Room: (Downstairs Zone)
Queen Room: (Upstairs Zone)
Living room: (Upstairs Zone)
Loft: (Upstairs Zone)

Please use either Cool (2nd Mode) or Heat (4th Mode) and all units in the zone must be on the same mode. The last selected will be the only one that works and the other(s) will lockout until matched.

Each mini split unit has a Sensibo which monitors the temperature in the room and allows for adjustments remotely.

We are on a program with the utility company which allows them to adjust the temperature a few degrees during high demand periods. They are not listening or video devices, only sensing and controlling temperature.

Please leave the Sensibos plugged in.

Floor Heat. The shower on the first floor has a heated floor. The schedule can be activated or operated manually. The heated floor not only feels nice but helps with steam control as there is no vent. There is also a small dehumidifier to assist with steam. There is also a heated towel rack to enjoy. Please read the warning prior to using.

Upstairs Bathrooms: The baseboard heat in the upstairs and loft bathrooms are manually controlled on the heater with a knob. Please remember to turn them off after use and please check before checkout.

There are several MYSA controls on the walls which are used for electric baseboard heat in that zone area. Just tap the arrows on the MYSA to control. These are monitored remotely and are only for Heat AND NOT AC.

  1. Back bedroom/Mudroom (Primary Heat)
  2. King Bedroom (Backup heat to Mini Split)
  3. Toilet room (Primary heat)
  4. Vestibule (Backup)

Propane Furnace: When temperatures are very cold we may switch over to the Propane Furnace controlled remotely and at the Honeywell controller in the Great Room. It delivers heat downstairs and upstairs but not the bedrooms downstairs.

Upstairs Fireplace: The propane fireplace upstairs is controlled via remote next to the TV or on the sill of the fireplace. Please ensure it is attended to when in use.

Downstairs Fireplace: The electric fireplace downstairs can be used for heat but please do not use it excessively for heat but rather for providing some ambiance lighting and localized comfort. Very nice for warming the feet after the slopes :). If it starts beeping just unplug it to reset it.

Please contact us if you have any issues with the heat or AC.
